The Old Kinderhook Glass studio is a self-proclaimed exclusive glassblowing experience located in Apopka, Florida. This glass studio offers glass blowing lessons to beginner to advanced skill levels.

The introductory glass blowing class is a 30 to 45-minute class that teaches participants how to make a frit stamp pendant. This unique piece of glass art will be made by the instructor and then you will have the opportunity to replicate it and take both glass pendants home with you.

Hollywood Hot Glass was founded in 2013 by Brenna Baker, an artist who has been blowing glass since she was 14. Baker learned to blow glass at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York and went on to work for famous glass sculptor Pino Signoretto in Murano, Italy. 

Baker and her team teach glass artists of all ages and skill levels how to make masterpieces of their own. 20 minute classes are the perfect introduction to glass blowing. Students create soap dispensers, flowers, paperweights, hearts, starfish, vases, tumblers, bowls, pumpkins, and fish. 

A new class offering coming spring 2022 is Hollywood Hot Glass’s 10 Week Intensive. Participants learn safety and basic techniques that will help them gain confidence in the studio.
